Return Policy
At Incrediwear, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your Incrediwear Knee Sleeve, Leg Sleeve, or any other Incrediwear product, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.
Return Requirements
- Items must be unwashed, in new condition, and with original tags still attached.
- Unfortunately, if items appear washed or show visible signs of extensive use during our product inspection, your return or exchange may be rejected.
- The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Checking Your Order
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you received the wrong item, a damaged product, or a defective item, please email us a photo at info@incrediwear.com so we can process a replacement or refund right away.
